1. Egzoz ichkariga oqadi
Dizel chiqindi gazi kremniy karbididan tayyorlangan g'ovakli, devor oqimiga ega keramik filtr bo'lgan SiC DPF ga kiradi.
2. Kuyik tuzoqqa tushib qolgan
Kuyik zarralari (qora tutun) filtr devorlari va teshiklarida ushlanib qoladi, shu bilan birga toza gaz o'tadi.
3. Regeneratsiya kuyikni kuydiradi
Kuyik to'planganda, yuqori chiqindi harorati yoki yonilg'i quyish filtr haroratini oshiradi.
Tutilib qolgan kuy CO2 va suv bug'iga aylanib yonib, filtrni tozalaydi.
4. Doimiy emissiya nazorati
Jarayon takrorlanadi: filtr kuyikni ushlab turadi → qayta tiklaydi → chiqindi gazini emissiya standartlariga javob berish uchun toza saqlaydi.
